Advanced Task Scheduler 10.0

In addition to several minor fixes, the most notable significant fixes and updates in Advanced Task Scheduler 10.0 are:

gettext-compatible translation files.
Columns "User logon sessions", "User account" and "Comment" added in Main window.
Added LastExitCode to "Last start status" column.
Ability to change column order from the Options / Select columns menu.
Ping support via ICMP added in Statement.
"Task call" and "Task export" shortcut types added in Task operations.
Fixed issue that caused endless 170 status in rare cases.
SET VARIABLE: values of "LastErrorCode" and "LastExitCode" now can be modified.
Send e-mail message: Added Message-ID header.
Send e-mail message: Improved speed and memory consumption in attachment encoding.
Send e-mail message: Added support for RFC 5322 mailbox address format with an optional display name like John Doe <john@example.com>.
Send e-mail message: Non-ascii characters in the recipient's name and non-ascii domain names (International Domain Names) are now supported.
Send e-mail message/FTP/FTPS/SFTP/HTTP/HTTPS/Proxy: username and password length increased to 256 characters.
FTP file upload, FTP file download and FTP file delete support added.
Copy file, Move file and Delete file support added.
SFTP: always use UTF8 as filename encoding.
FTP/FTPS/SFTP: "Delete source file if operation succeeds" option added.
FTP/FTPS/SFTP/HTTP/HTTPS: timeout option added.
Minor improvements and bug fixes.
