You have to be logged on as an administrator to configure tasks for all users. If you are not administrator, please use the current user tab to configure your personal tasks.
There are two possible reasons on the computer when it prompts to click the “Run as Administrator” every single time to open the “All users” tab:
1) Your user account is not an administrator account.
2) Your user account is an administrator account and you have UAC turned on. UAC (User Account Control) is a Windows feature that prevents administrator access without prompt even if you are the administrator of the system. You can disable it in Windows settings.
