In order for us to give you a quick and accurate solution it is necessary that you supply us with some standard information. Please include:
  • the problem, and how it can be reproduced (if applicable);
  • the product name and version number;
  • your Operating System version and localization;
  • any other information you think may be helpful.

For registered users:

  • Technical questions, patches, fixes, extended help and other related information.
  • Software update and support services services are provided on the subscription basis.
  • Attention. When contacting our support service, make sure you use the same email address that you used while purchasing our products otherwise our automated support email software will not be able to recognize you as a registered user.
